Dr. Tom Bachhuber is Director of The UWM Career Transitions Center, a new resource to engage Milwaukee adults in career change and pre-retirement planning. He is also Director of the Career Development Center at UW-Milwaukee. CDC is a comprehensive career counseling and placement resource for UWM students and alumni. Previously, he was Vice President for University Resources for National Corporate College Consultants (NC3) and Managing Director for Management Alliance Group, Inc. where he designed and developed the University Resources Practice at both firms. His background in higher education includes eight years and tenure as Director of the Career Development Center at the University of Maryland and Assistant Dean/Director at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Dr. Bachhuber's publications include five books and over 20 articles.
