Position Description:
As the Administrative Assistant you will support various disciplines of sales, clinical, network, and operations and schedule business review meetings with nursing facility executives and staff. Your ability and experience being flexible to work within a non-routine role is critical and you will need to be self-directed most of the time to the point of orchestrating the onboarding of new clinical staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone
Typing/word processing of documents
Maintaining calendars and setting up meetings
Making travel arrangements
Copying, faxing
Greeting visitors
Setting up files
Tracking expenses
Coordinating building and equipment maintenance
Support Business Segment Liaison (BSL) functions
Replacing and ordering supplies on a daily basis

Flexibility to work within a non-routine role
Multi-tasking, detail oriented, professional communication and demeanor
Pro-active and able to work independently
Healthcare industry experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required
2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple managers required
Microsoft Excel proficiency is required to create and update spreadsheets
Microsoft Word proficiency is required: Documentation and letters
Microsoft PowerPoint experience (create presentations) is required
