JOB DESCRIPTION:
STARS, Speedy Title Appraisal and Review Services, is a CoreLogic, www.corelogic.com, joint venture. We are an industry leader in traditional property valuations. Our nationwide network of highly qualified appraisers, tax processors and quality assurance professionals deliver accurate results that comply with regulatory, secondary market and customer defined standards. STARS, is a dynamic growing business, fostering a team environment that encourages innovation. We are adding an Appraisal Operations Department to our Rochester Office and looking Appraisal Coordinators. Several Appraisal Coordinators will assigned to Ordering Appraisal responsibilities; several Appraisal Coordinators will be assigned to Tracking Appraisal responsibilities. The differing responsibilities are outlined below. This is an ideal role for someone with a call center or processing center background.

Primary job functions may include ordering, confirming and/or tracking of appraisal related products to ensure timely delivery and communication to the client. As part of a call center job function may also include receiving and making phone calls to the client, appraiser, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Job Duties:

Appraisal Ordering responsibilities include:

    *Meet established Production and Quality minimums on a consistent basis
    *Meet established Service Level agreement at all times
    *Order all appraisal, addendum and final inspections (includes construction draws, field reviews, appraisal updates, disaster/compliance inspections, etc) which includes but not limited to: Fee quotes; GFE Discrepancies; Supplier follow up for fee approval; Rush requests ; FHA HOC on holds
    *Delivery of EAOS from OR reporting delivered daily to appraisers
    *Obtaining Government appraisal order case # assignment
    *Conduct follow-up calls for outstanding confirmations from the assigned vendors
    *Re-order reassignments which have been declined by the original appraiser
    *Approve reassignment requests from Operations/Supplier Manager
    *Daily completion of all initial order requests that are one day or greater
    *Respond to all communications received including emails and phone
    *Update productivity in SPOT as needed
    *Communicate status with LPC, Underwriting and Sales
    *Perform other duties as needed within STARS, as needed
Appraisal Product Tracking responsibilities include:

    *Meet established production and quality minimums on a consistent basis
    *Meet established service level agreement at all times
    *Place outbound calls and/or follow-up emails to appraiser for status of outstanding appraisal products and checking notes/EDI messages prior to making outbound calls for status to gain understanding of order
    *Managing inbound phone call volume from the lender and/or appraisers
    *Tracking status for received inbound phone calls to the extent that is possible including tracking in stat 4's when applicable.
    *Notification to ordering team if the appraiser has declined an order after being confirmed
    *Completion of the request for cancelation report that is generated by OR daily
    *Maintain email communication standards set in Service Level Agreements
    *Daily follow up on outstanding inspection dates
    *Update productivity in SPOT as needed
    *Communicate status with LPC, Underwriting and Sales

Education:

    *High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

    *Call center and/or experience in the mortgage industry a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

    *Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    *Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
    *Proven interpersonal skills, ability to interact with other departments and vendors in a professional manner
    *Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, organize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
    *Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) as well as PHH systems (PHHORCE, CASH, I-desk, Conditions Management)
    *Registration and initial coursework for required USPAP test within 90 days of hire
    *Capable of working in a team driven environment
    *Hours 8:30am - 5:00pm and must be available to work alternate shift (10:30AM- 7:00PM or 11:30AM to 8:00PM) on a rotation basis (3-4 days/month)
    *Available to work overtime hours as business requires
