| Job Description: | This position will be responsible for quoting and issuance of new and renewal Commerical Lines policies, in addition to processing endorsements. This position may also be a contact for the fielding of inquiries of service related issues from agents, insureds and Tower employees; and for resolving technical and underwriting support issues of varying complexity for same. |
| Requirements: | High school diploma with demonstrated experience required. Must be highly organized, and possess good communication skills. Customer Service skills preferred. 0-3 years experience. |
