This position will be responsible for quoting and issuance of new and renewal Commerical Lines policies, in addition to processing endorsements. This position may also be a contact for the fielding of inquiries of service related issues from agents, insureds and Tower employees; and for resolving technical and underwriting support issues of varying complexity for same.
High school diploma with demonstrated experience required. Must be highly organized, and possess good communication skills. Customer Service skills preferred. 0-3 years experience.
