Responsibilities:
  • Support the post 65 RXprogram for GE
  • Handle escalations
  • Interact with the supplier (CVS/SILVERSCRIPT)
  • Act as eligibility liaison
  • Support the GE supplier manager


Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communiciation skills, PC knowledgeable with strong excel and access skills
  • Strong customer service skills and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and as a fully functioning member of a team
  • A background in pharmacy or healthcare desirable
  • Able to meet quotas and deadlines
  • Education Requirements: BS degree or related background in Benefits
