Provide support to the marketing team along with the efforts of National Accounts and Field Sales to gain Distribution for all AETN networks services including 10 linear networks, 7 HD simulcasts, 3 On Demand services and various other product offerings.
Custom Show: Maintain and update Custom Show presentation system, responsible for all content, images and spots/clips to ensure sales team has the most current resources available. Work with research to identify trends, updates and sales messages. Craft the "story". Work with sales teams on custom presentations as needed.
One-sheets and Collateral: Manage process from job request to content management.
Affiliate Website: Oversees all website updates.
E-newsletters: Determine priorities. Source copy, images and video. Work with webmaster to produce and broadcast.
Budgets: Work with Directors on maintaining up-to-date budgets including monthly accruals, re-forecasts, micro and macro forecasting, and all billing procedures.
Asset Management: Work with Manager to maintain tracking document for all marketing assets that going to affiliates for various levels of promotion including: spots, art, copy, and other tactics. Track use of assets in distributor e-newsletters, mailers, on-air spots, websites, direct mail pieces, and OOH. Compile media value.
Social Media: Developing a plan for standardized asset delivery for Distributor's social media efforts.
Video: Work with producers across all brands to order all cross-channel spots and footage. Video responsibilities include ordering spots and pushing spots out to various touch points including: A.D.N., Custom Show, e-newsletters, and VIP/ROTS programs. Must also stay current with MSO contractual spots (Cox, Cablevision, DIRECTV, Charter, etc) by checking in with Directors to identify priorities to be run with each. Also needs to maintain A.D.N. metadata. Specialist should keep current on all schedules to ensure spots are current and communicate to field when necessary.
Mobile: Provide all assets needed for mobile. Review monthly schedules, Update and format as needed. Request and/or size poster art.
General: Support internal and external clients with ongoing customer support. Problem-solve, trouble shoot and provide approved marketing assets in a timely manner when requested.
Minimum of 5 years working in a marketing capacity. 2 years in cable marketing is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel
Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML and strong graphic computer background desired.
Powerpoint /Advanced powerpoint is a must.
A visual eye, good writing skills, good people interaction. A calm demeanor.
