Human Capital Management Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • This position is responsible for new business sales of human capital management software and solutions to the enterprise market space (10,000+ employee organizations).
  • Generate revenue by identifying new business through cold calling, lead generation and networking
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline within a geographic territory
  • Consistently update and track all sales activity in CRM system (Pivotal)
  • Effectively qualify sales opportunities to ensure company time and resources are being optimally leveraged
  • Work cross functionally to build and execute sales strategies based on prospect's needs/requirements and corporate guidelines
  • Exhibiting effective written and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver clear and concise client solution message and vision.
  • Coordinate sales support resources appropriately for each engagement
  • Meet assigned revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure a successful transition of new accounts to the Implementation Services team
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices
  • Enhance our relationship with alliance partners on a local basis
  • Maintain current knowledge of Ceridian products/services to execute sales


Positions will be allocated virtually across the nation focusing on a broad territory assignment.



Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5 years B2B sales experience carrying quotas of $1.5 Million plus
  • Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software solutions (e.g., HCM, ERP, CRM) and/or services to corporate customers
  • Good listening, consultative selling practices, exploratory information gathering techniques, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, telephone, and written communication skills are essential
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Works well independently and within a cross functional team
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills. Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can win concessions without damaging relationships; can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic
  • Understanding of C-level business drivers, value expectations, business case and ROI assumptions .
