Executive Administrative AssistantOur client in the Geneva, NY area is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. This Executive Administrative Assistant position is a contract/contract to hire role. This person will be a vital part of the organization and will provide direct administrative support to executives in their daily operations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and polished professional with excellent communication and organizational skills that is able to assist and monitor the daily activities of a busy office environment.
-Maintain and monitor the day-to-day schedule/calendar and activities along with standardizing meeting agendas
-Assist with a variety of projects as assigned, including creation of presentations
-Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
-Continuously demonstrate excellent follow-up and organizational skills
-AS degree or equivalent experience required
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
-Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
-5+ years of experience supporting top level executives is preferred
