| Responsibilities: | ||||||||||||
Carry out general maintenance and up keep of the Hazelden New York facilities. Provide patients, visitors, patient family members, vendors and staff a safe and secure environment. Specific responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, building, and heating equipment; ensuring that life safety systems such as fire alarm systems, automatic sprinkler systems, portable fire extinguishing systems, apply to policies and procedures to minimize risks associated with fire and Disaster Control, and are in good working order; making sure that the physical plant and infrastructure are maintained and are kept in good repair. | ||||||||||||
| Qualifications: | ||||||||||||
Position requires a vocational or technical training with a technical certificate in CFM and/or AC/R&H; must have a minimum of 5 years experience with building systems maintenance; knowledge of blueprint interpretation required; general computer experience required. | ||||||||||||
