We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator for our client in the high end fashion industry. The Payroll Coordinator will work with the payroll team, and have responsibility over payroll processing, time sheet collection, employee information changes, benefits, compensation, and management of employee data within the HRIS system.


Responsibilities:

  • Payroll processing – multi state for 600 employees and 3 company codes.
  • Entry of new hires tax set up.
  • Post payroll Process and invoice for funding.
  • State Reporting.
  • Reports to IT Department of New Employees.
  • E-time set-up for new hires.
  • Time off entries.
  • E-time audit and closing.
  • Garnishments.
  • Employment Verifications.
  • Unemployment Requests.


Requirements:

  • BA/BS in HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
  • Proficiency in ADP Payroll – Payexpert, familiarity with E-Time Time and Attendance System preferred.
  • Clear communications skills; both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented and able to work at a fast pace.


Compensation:

$40k to $45k, Plus Benefits
