As our Program Director you will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Boys Town Intervention and Assessment program including: oversee case management and directly manage overflow cases; ensure compliance with local, grant, contract, or licensure requirements for youth treatment; provide on-going staff and program development training; maintain up-to-date information on COA/JCAHO guidelines; maintain constant on-call status for crisis management; and provide on-going training and supervision in the clinical development of all staff. This position is located in the Richmond Hill area of Queens.


To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • two years experience working with youth in emergency shelters or with the Boys Town Treatment Model
  • knowledge of consultation, training, evaluation, or administration acquired from hands-on experience
  • posses a valid driver's license with a good driving record
