DTI is seeking candidates for the Records and Information Management (RIM) Manager.
Job Summary: Manages the Firm's Records Management Program (RIM) and personnel's adherence to all Firm policies and procedures. Manages, controls, and directs active record systems, record centers, records organization and evaluation, inactive records systems, storage strategies, and off-site repositories. Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, four to six years of supervisory or management experience in an active/inactive legal records management environment, knowledge of and working experience with records management software; Microsoft Office Suite, Autonomy or Legal Key experience.
Qualifications: Ability to interface with all levels of management, co-workers, and other staff members for the purpose of exchanging information and assigning duties; interfaces with internal supervisory personnel and legal staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to routinely work with, lift, and move standard file boxes weighing 35 pounds. | ||||
