| Must be a Certified Residential or Certified General Real Estate Appraiser that is FHA qualified and well-versed on Appraisal theory. 3-5 years appraisal experience as a Residential Appraiser, must have experience in appraising all types of properties, including Investment Properties. Completion of appraisal courses (as offered by one of the approved professional appraisal organizations) to achieve Certified Residential State level license at a minimum. Valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Good analytical and communication skills as relates to appraisal theory and practice. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starter and able to effectively manage time. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. |
