Sales Assistant -Fox Broadcasting Company-New York, NY
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for Fox Broadcasting Company to be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Account Executives in managing Hulu inventory and maintaining accurate order records.
Responsibilities:
*Processing sales contracts and revisions of commercial spots for Fox Broadcasting.
*Entering and maintaining Digital sales information and materials for Hulu campaigns.
*Handling travel and expense reports for Senior Executives in group.
*Filing sales contract paperwork.
*Pulling and distributing various reports.
*Positioning requests and tape dubbing of programs.
*Secondary duties include phone support for departmental executives and aiding management with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required.
Previous media experience is a plus.
Strong math and analytical skills are required.
Previous media math knowledge preferred.
Good verbal communication skills are necessary.
Must be able to work independently and be self regulating.
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
A professional phone demeanor, good organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Demonstrated ability work well in a team environment is required.
