BASIC FUNCTION:

Provide on-going support and assistance to ADP District Managers and Implementation Staff including but not limited to coordination and execution of the internal and external sales processes (including internal stakeholder and client interaction) & assisting in new client on-boarding. Performs technical, customer service, clerical, administrative, and analytical tasks, record and file maintenance, prospect visits and proactive telephone calls.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Technical Expertise

Create and edit technical documents using Microsoft Office systems to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Efficiently work in and maneuver through technical sales systems (GSW, ePM/eRFP, BRET, SFDC, etc.).

Sales Coordination

Assist the District Manager in the collection and processing of prospect census data utilizing eRFP system, Excel and secure email. Initiates follow up as needed.
Assist the District Manager and Carrier Relations group in coordination of internal review procedures.
Assist the District Manager in submission and verification of documents sent to the Client Acceptance group.
Coordinate with the ADP Payroll groups for data collection needed to prepare proposals and New Hire Booklets.

Conduct proactive communication to sales process stakeholders (e.g., Underwriting, Carrier Relations, etc) to ensure deals go through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible.

New Client Coordination

Prepare New Hire forms for client distribution utilizing Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
Prepare "Getting Started" Excel File w/ Client Employee Data.
Primary contact between Implementation Specialist and District Manger during client implementation.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience. College degree, or courses/specialized technical training preferred.

Experience as a Sales Administrator, Implementation Coordinator or similar with resulting knowledge of advanced functions of software packages (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the Internet. Proven proficiency in complex clerical, technical, administrative and analytical duties required. Knowledge of sales systems (ePM/eRFP, BRET, CBE, Site Matching) strongly preferred.

Skills/Knowledge

Overcomes unforeseen obstacles/barriers by utilizing clear communication delivered in a professional manner in order to attain cooperation and buy-in from both clients and internal associates.
