Position Description:

The Senior Administrative Assistant role includes a multitude tasks to support our Evercare office. This support role includes the following responsibilities, but is also heavily concentrated in other areas: heavily organizing calendars, typing/word processing of documents, book conferences and assist with the onboarding of new employees, faxing, greeting visitors, and setting up files.

Requirements:


High school education or GED is the minimum education requirement

3+ years of administrative or secretarial experience in a professional office environment

Must have computer keyboarding skills for typing needs

Microsoft Word: Must know how to do a mail merge, create labels & documentation skills (meeting notes for example)

Microsoft PowerPoint: Must know how to create a basic presentation

Microsoft Excel: Must know how to update basic spreadsheets
Soft skills:


Excellent verbal telephone communication skills

Possesses written communication skill enabling independent handling of correspondence on behalf of work directors and proofreading of complex correspondence of all types

Ability to organize and prioritize work. Exhibits appropriate judgment and initiative

Tact; diplomacy; and sensitivity to respect confidential information
