This Sr Patient Services Representative is responsible for:

  • Answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues in a call center environment;
  • Reviews claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met, follows-up on billing, determines and applies appropriate adjustments, answers inquiries, and updates accounts as necessary;
  • May assist with training of others and answering questions from co-workers;
  • May be assigned special projects related to the Patient Services team


  • 3+ years work experience, healthcare and/or Insurance billing or processing and customer service preferred;
  • 7,000 alpha numeric skills.


  • Excellent overall knowledge of patient service rep responsibilities;
  • Ability to train others and answer questions of co-workers if needed


High School diploma or equivalent.
