Title:Talent Acquisition Manager
Description

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager handles all phases of the recruitment life cycle and provides guidance and leadership to a group of technical recruiters. The Talent Acquisition Manager drives the recruiting process and facilitates the smooth functioning of the recruiting department, while ensuring that processes are implemented and followed. The right candidate will have experience identifying and resolving recruiting obstacles, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Manage, lead, and guide a team of technical and non-technical recruiters through the entire recruiting lifecycle, while also managing and filling requisitions
  • Support various teams and work directly with leaders to understand their needs, drive pipeline, develop strategies to close candidates, implement processes, and provide consistent updates on team progress
  • Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies; assist Director in communicating and maintaining these strategies
  • Assist Director in hiring, training and supervising recruiters
  • Report, monitor, and analyze recruiting metrics, and use the data to proactively problem solve

Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in a full life cycle recruiting role; preference for candidates who are proficient in technical recruiting within a in fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years experience in a successful recruiting leadership or team management role
  • Experience implementing a wide range of sourcing and staffing initiatives
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Ability to be self-directed with a high sense of urgency, while also effectively collaborating in a team environment
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to independently manage his/her workload in an environment with competing demands
