Key responsibilities include:Conducting and assessing comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees
Training staff on current and changing transactional operations
Attending team meetings to address various topics and issues
Coaching, motivating and evaluating claims processors during and after the training phase
Monitoring and improving training program effectiveness
Providing continued feedback for management personnel
This position is located in Kingston, NY
High School Diploma/GED1 year of Queue claims/Complex Adjustment/PN02 Processing 1 year of Solid UNET and COMET skills Excellent communication skills Solid computer proficiency
Additional assets include:Previous training/claim OJT experience a plusDemonstrating a firm understanding of healthcare concepts and processes
