If you want to be part of an integral and progressive industry, consider an Entry Level Transportation Account Representative position in Albany. As a Transportation Account Representative, you will provide C.H. Robinson's logistical services to customers offering a variety of solutions to move.This position entails maintaining assigned customer accounts and ensuring that communication is thorough, accurate, and timely. You will become familiar with C.H. Robinson's service offerings and procedures and will need to be able to express these to customers. You will be expected to work in a team environment, as any special requirements or changes will need to be communicated with other teams throughout the office. This position is an integral part of a successful sales team in our branch.
Majority of time spent servicing and growing the relationship with multiple assigned accounts; primarily focused on the operational execution (negotiating rates, problem-solving, manage issues, etc.) of the business of C.H. Robinson- Customer follow-up:
