Position Description
This Team owner-operator truck driver position features $0.92 per mile loaded, 95% no-touch freight, 5,000-6,000 miles per week and flexible scheduling options. Schneider gives you the support you need from a team who is invested in your success.

Full-time owner-operator team drivers are eligible for:
- Up to $210,000 per year*
- $0.92 per mile loaded (plus $0.15 performance bonus paid out quarterly)
- $0.90 per mile empty
- Fuel surcharge paid on empty and loaded miles
- 95% no touch freight
- Paid orientation
- Operating Centers - Drivers have 24-hour access to company facilities with free and safe parking, showers, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and cafeteria services.

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent Class A driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
