Title:User Testing Recruiting Coordinator
Description

Wireless Generation is seeking a User Testing Recruiting Coordinator to work alongside a growing team of project coordinators, researchers, product development teams, and executive leadership in an effort to engage and support various testing engagements. The User Testing Recruiting Coordinator will also engage directly with districts and schools for the purpose of ongoing user testing

Responsibilities of the User Testing Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Work alongside internal teams to recruit appropriate districts and schools for various testing engagements to inform the development of next generation educational applications.
  • Act as field trial implementation expert to discuss plans, highlight risks, and outline next steps with both internal teams and potential participants
  • Prepare and provide documents to potential participants such as project description, requirements for participation, implementation plan, technical surveys, contracts, consent forms, etc.
  • Track and update potential participant lists and all relevant details such as schools, teachers, students, duration, etc.
  • Communicate and present potential participants and all relevant details to leadership, raise risks, move open items and questions towards decisions, etc.
  • Progress appropriate amount of participants to contract signing in a timely manner
  • Travel to local districts, schools, after school, and summer programs working alongside leadership and account management to engage potential participants in user testing studies
  • Develop a structured and at times creative approach to recruiting, ensuring the user testing pipeline is extensive with interested and suitable participants
  • Work with product teams to create materials to inform and connect districts and schools to various testing engagements
  • Work with the legal team to help create, deliver, and collect contracts, consent forms, and other required pre-participation documents for districts and schools

Basic Qualifications of the User Testing Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' experience as a study or project coordinator, managing various simultaneous projects
  • Experience working with cross functional teams within a large organization

Preferred Qualifications of the Classroom Coordinator:

  • Demonstrated recruiting ability specifically for research studies
  • Experience working with administration and teachers in some capacity
  • K-12 education experience; experience within a software development environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
