Posting Summary | The Labor Education Action Research Network (LEARN) at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey is seeking an energetic and passionate labor educator to join our teaching staff. We are looking for someone who can lead courses for working adults, union members and leaders, and labor relations professionals. The candidate will be responsible for designing customized curriculum to meet the needs of our clients as well as coordinating and implementing existing educational programs, often in collaboration with other faculty and staff. The position requires teaching expertise using diverse methodologies to effectively relate to a wide variety of learners from various backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of and/or experience working with worker organizations and/or in the labor relations field and a strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. |
