In this role you will analyze the sales and strategies of the LG Home Appliance on the LG homepage, and also analyze and operate retail online sales with the likes of Amazon, Walmart, and BestBuy. We are looking for an e-Commerce Manager who has created online success stories through e-Commerce operation experience, keyword advertisements, and marketing.

This role is ONSITE

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for Brand Online page analysis and sales projections
  • Support eCommerce operations and sales activities for all direct-to-consumer channels (including partner sales and employee sales) from LG.com and major eCommerce retailers
  • Collaborate with business managers to create new opportunities and check the progress of business with online operations teams
  • Analyze platform status and establish strategies for B2C sales, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asist sales teams, and functional teams to maximize LGE's Brand homepage (OBS) e-commerce sales performance
  • Identify rapidly changing Home Appliance e-commerce trends
  • Manage the LGE eCommerce content and competitors content, index research, and evaluate dynamic content based on customer needs
  • Set the necessary direction for change, and collaborate with relevant departments

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO Analysis, key word marketing
  • Experience with sales driven activities including media and marketing
  • Good understanding of OBS
  • Bachelor Degree and 3 + years of experience in a relevant role
  • Bilingual in English/Korean is referred as this role requires communication with LGE HQ
  • e-Commerce experience is required preferably in a similar field
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing or strategy management consulting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Brand homepages experience to increase brand awareness to help achieve sales performance
  • Value chain experience in a digital marketing environment / role
