Project Overview:
This role will support the growth of the IT Operations Center function within the Digital Resilience & Operations Center
Skills:
Manage Engine OpManager experience including Administration, Development, and support Splunk ITSI experience including Administration, development and support ITIL experience specifically, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM. Capacity and Performance Management processes and sub processes
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and establish Service monitoring including Device Discovery, Data Sources, Host/Entity, Service definition, Template and KPI creation, Thresholding, Alert/Episodes, and Notifications .
Integrate Splunk and OpManager with ServiceNow for ticket creation. Support Program, Platform, Data, admin User management with respect to Splunk and/or OpManager tools to establish and support Success Framework Understand and have experience related to static vs adaptive thresholding capabilities and when best to apply either Understand and have experience related to Event vs Metric based monitoring Apply Service monitoring in OpManager and Splunk ITSI
Education & Certifications:
4 year IT based degree. Certifications helpful but substantial practical experience is required.
