High School Graduate or equivalent preferred,
Must be able to read and write English properly,
Experience
Will receive on the job training,

Monies are handled properly
Money received meets total sales summary,
Cash box is returned to its beginning balance,
Proper amount of change is requested for next meal period
Demonstrates flexibility and initiative on the job as evidenced by the following key performance indicates:
Keep work area neat, clean and organized,
Shows a willingness to take on additional assignments
Assists other department personnel in completing their assignments when possible,
Understand the duties of other comparable positions in the department so that coverage can be maintained in emergency situations,
Properly sets up cafeteria five minutes prior to opening for breakfast, lunch and dinner according to departmental policies and procedures,
Greets all customers verbally, communication, cooperation and assistance given in clear and courteous manner to co-workers, hospital staff and visitors at all times,
Portions food according to departmental guidelines,
Uses proper size utensils to assure consistency in accordance with the recipe cards,
Maintain high level of sanitation and safety standards in accordance with departmental policies,
Attends scheduled departmental meetings and in-services
Handles and records all leftover foods per established guidelines
