Join our global creative team of graphic designers and desktop publishers based in New York. As a member of a dynamic and multi-disciplined global team, you will collaborate with regional design leads to develop innovate concepts and high-quality creative solutions.

What role will you play?

As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the Macquarie brand, design integrity and consistency across all brand experiences. You will interact with clients to determine objectives, budget, background information, approaches, styles and techniques. In your capacity as a team leader, you will define standards and processes and ensure they are shared, as well as demonstrated, across the creative community.

What you offer

  • Technical expertise and in-depth understanding of design practices and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to bring design inspiration and thought leadership to the team and their design outputs
  • Relevant industry and creative direction experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, with strong conceptual and design skills

About the Financial Management Group

In our Financial Management Group you will work in the financial hub of Macquarie, driving real change for our businesses. You will be part of a team that plays an important role building relationships with our regulators, partners, communities and shareholders - all of which play a key role in upholding Macquarie's brand.

Salary range for this position: $172,000-190,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
