POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a college student with high potential, that will work closely with our HR team learning and interacting with both corporate and operations functions. As an HR intern you will work independently on some projects in the HR technology, talent development, & HR Operations space. Our HR internship program is geared to students interested in a generalist/ talent management role. This role will provide a personalized learning journey.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Talent and Learning & Development
    • Assist and develop training for employees throughout organization
    • Assist with implementation of Supervisor Training
    • Help to define strategy around branding and local partnerships for our sites
    • Conduct job evaluations and skills gap analyses to identify training needs
  • L&D administration - follow up with all professional development
    • Needs Assessments
    • Follow up with all professional development
    • Help Coordinate Leadership Training at US Facilities
  • HR Capital Data and Analytics
    • Creating HR Databases to set up grouping and queries for large amounts of data
    • Utilizing Caliper Data Analysis by Competency
    • Creating Business Segment Data groupings - roll up to exec member now and past
    • Generating title groups for Compensation Bands
  • Other:
    • Sustainability Report Benchmarking
    • HR Process Benchmarking
    • Employee Surveys

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate level Preferred
  • Degree in HR or related field.
  • Skill set:
  • Analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office - Advanced
  • Good Communication Skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to take initiative
