What you'll do Build your franchise with clients to capture market share

• Act as a market maker to provide liquidity to our clients, whilst owning and managing the market risk exposure of your trading positions
• Partner with the ICG sales team to source liquidity and work closely with Desk Analysts to critically evaluate trading opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve results

Skills that will help you excel:

• Strong risk management interest with preference for candidates with experience in profitable trading
• Strong interpersonal skills will help you develop new client relationships and communicate with DB teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Our people are detail oriented with a passion for problem solving and a drive to succeed
• We're looking for team players, with the ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Preference of candidates with FINRA Series 7 & 63 and prior experience in Financial Services
• Candidates should be comfortable using Bloomberg; FactSet; Excel; PowerPoint; Dealogic
• Candidates should have an ability to multitask and work well under pressure - delivering to a deadline will be crucial to this role

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $250K.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
