What we're seeking:

You will play an important role in helping us transform our digital experiences. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will create Adobe Target experiments that solve real user pain points and improve key e-commerce success metrics. This position is responsible for delivering complex solutions to site visitors and being able to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. This role is ideal for someone who takes the initiative, fosters a sense of urgency, is resourceful, and very organized. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

What we need in you:

You are energetic and innovative with a strong ability to develop first-class consumer experiences and e-commerce proficiency applying coding best practices to create exceptional experiences. You bring customer focus and a collaborative approach to your work. You will be responsible for working to gather and understand business requirements and build customized optimization solutions to meet technical needs. For that, you will be configuring and operating Adobe Target to develop and deliver customer-centered journeys and campaigns to deliver the right experience to the right customer. In your day-to-day, you will be working with and promoting the execution of best practices at a technological level.

What you'll do:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Adobe Target solutions to build test and personalization campaigns
  • Execute best practices for technical implementations and provide a strategy to achieve exceptional solutions using Adobe Target
  • Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touchpoints
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility to execute tests and personalized experiences
  • Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site content, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of testing and personalization cadence
  • Collaborate with user experience designers to ensure that test variants align with the design system and branding
  • Ability to communicate and closely partner with colleagues in several different business functions
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix any configuration and integration issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences and tool implementation

  • Salary Range: $59,000 - $167,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform
  • Adobe Target on Web and App implementation experience desirable
  • Optimization testing tools such as Optimizely, Monetat, Maxymiser
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript, CSS, and HTML used in Adobe Target development
  • A solid grasp of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • Experience in making changes in Adobe Launch for Target-related requirements
  • Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience working on a collaborative team and working with designers and subsequently developers for execution of design
  • Flexibility to quickly adjust to unforeseen changes in priorities and workload providing urgency and speed to market
