The Digital Content Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing digital content across various platforms, primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while also contributing to other CMSs and technologies. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless user experiences and effective content delivery.

How you will make an impact:

  • Content Management and Publication: Oversee the review, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any other CMSs/technology, ensuring adherence to established guidelines for smooth user experiences and visual consistency.
  • Page Layout and Design Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX teams to implement visually appealing page layouts and designs within AEM, enhancing user engagement and brand consistency.
  • SEO Optimization and Content Localization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and rankings. Coordinate content localization efforts to effectively reach international audiences.
  • Quality Assurance and User Support: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on published content to ensure functionality and formatting consistency across different devices. Provide support and guidance to content contributors and stakeholders on AEM usage and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers to seamlessly integrate content within any CMSs such as AEM, WordPress etc.., aligning with overall business objectives and project timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics within AEM, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AEM and digital marketing to enhance skills and expertise.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Mastery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and diverse content management systems (CMSs), including WordPress and Drupal.
  • Some understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS and familiarity with Figma, XD...
  • Experience with additional technologies such as Constructor, Adobe Target, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles aimed at increasing organic traffic and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the UK, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
