Your Future Team

6 Meridian is a Wichita, KS-based registered investment firm founded in 2016. In 2021, 6 Meridian entered into a partnership agreement with Hightower, a move that provided 6 Meridian with resources for business acceleration, talent development, and operational infrastructure to continue their strong, steady growth. Our 30 professionals have worked together for decades, serving over 800 households and advising on approx. $2.6 billion of assets. In addition to investment management, 6 Meridian also provides wealth advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and institutions. What You'll Do

The Client Service Associate works directly with clients and collaborates with the service team and advisors to deliver exceptional client service. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with industry experience and a heart for service. Trust is a cornerstone of client relationships. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, ethical, and able to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality. You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new client relationships by processing client data into new account forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and entering data into the CRM.
  • Supporting clients and advisors in providing account information, processing forms, and maintaining records in a timely manner
  • Being proactive in resolving clients' issues and concerns in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Maintaining a professional rapport with clients via phone support, correspondence, and CRM notes
  • Obtaining comfort and proficiency with the firm's software, including client relationship management (CRM), DocuSign, MS Office suite, and custodial platforms
  • Comply with and become well-versed in industry rules and regulations and firm policies

What You'll Bring

  • Experience collecting required information, processing forms, and maintaining accurate data
  • Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking to clients
  • Superior interpersonal and client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience
  • Eagerness to work in a growing firm and fast-paced environment
