About the Role:

The Supply Chain Procurement Manager's primary responsibilities are to oversee and enhance the procurement of Supply Chain goods and services in alignment with Global policies and objectives by performing advanced warehousing, 3PL and pallets procurement activities including strategic development, contract management, market analysis, risk mitigation, fostering supplier partnerships, and conducting negotiations. This individual will ensure full compliance with the Global Supply Chain Procurement framework and strategies, with a focus on achieving North America's objectives through cost-effective and efficient service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

* Establishes the Procurement Strategy for the region, according to the Global Organization's Procurement Framework and deploy it at a local level, tailored to business requirements and regional constraints.
* Oversee the tendering process, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and utilization of standard tools, while aligning with Supply Chain Procurement strategic objectives.
* Direct the negotiation of Supply Chain service agreements and contract terms, ensuring they reflect the organization's financial directives and overarching group objectives, as well as comply with established budgets and policy guidelines.
* Full ownership of vendors relation, acting as main POC for any strategic commercial interaction, including developing and leading period alignments (like QBR or monthly cost-closure) meetings between external partners and internal functions.
* Continuously analyze the market supply and outsourcing to implement innovative ideas; Potential new suppliers and know the financial situation to propose and implement actions policy that can bring a consistent approach Ferrero competitive advantage.
* Implement all Responsible Sourcing policies in alignment with Global Responsible Sourcing team and monitor advancements and target reach.
* Manage the relation with key internal stakeholders (with Supply Chain as contract owner), ensuring Supply Chain Procurement is aligned with the region's business strategies and goals.
* Develop and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to mitigate risk, drive innovation, and create value-add opportunities in support of overarching Supply Chain objectives.
* Act as POC with Finance for the oversee the SC budget and project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery within cost constraints and alignment with long-term business objectives.
* Lead regular updates with internal business partners: Periodical alignments with local Supply Chain, Area Supply Chain performance review, Cross-function meeting local Finance and Supply Chain.
* Lead cross-function and cost-governance activities to monitor economic results and their alignment with global organization's expectations and commitments.

Who we are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree as minimum request.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
* Strong experience with SAP modules and reporting.
* Mastering purchasing techniques: negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk management, price management.
* Knowledge of the supplier market, price agreements, purchasing process and related procedures.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain, specific to warehousing and 3PL market.
* Strong Legal knowledge in the drafting of standard documents: orders, contracts, commercial law, master agreements.
* Proficient data analysis and visualization skills.
* Strong Communication stakeholders' management skills.
