The Lease Administrator, Transactions team facilitates the on-boarding of new acquisitions' customer lease data, researches and responds to financing and disposition related Q&A, and coordinates the estoppel process. This team interacts daily with various internal and external team members. They foster strong relationships with third parties to support their processes and drive results to meet deal deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and analyze lease documents, rent rolls, and all related lease documentation during the due diligence process and organize that data for accurate entry into the YardiOne Voyager platform.

  • Identify adverse key findings during due diligence and timely escalate to manager.

  • Draft, review, track, and collect estoppels for accuracy of lease-related data.

  • Communicate timely and professionally with customers, internal teams, and deal counsel regarding estoppel status.

  • Establish new property units and their respective square footages after reviewing diligence materials and through collaboration with a third-party partner.

  • Transfer newly acquired data to the Regional Lease Administration team after the deal is finalized, using clear and precise communications.

  • Coordinate with internal investment team members to source missing documents from sellers for new acquisitions. And locate missing documents internally to provide to buyers and lenders as needed.

  • Participate in the review and data validation of the offering memorandums for disposals and financings.

  • Contribute to updates to Standard Operating Procedures as processes and deal climate changes.

  • Work on special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.

  • Associates, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

  • Detail oriented, analytical, and strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrate capability to consistently meet deadlines by efficiently managing time and effectively prioritizing tasks.

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate leases.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, knowledge of Yardi or MRI a plus.

$77,000 - $83,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
