Mail Room Clerk

Wilson Elser's Madison office is currently seeking a Mail Room Clerk.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, self-starter seeking to gain experience working as part of a fast-paced, national law firm.

The Position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize a heavy workload
  • 2+ years of work experience in a professional office setting preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be well organized, a self-starter with good communications skills
  • Must be able a take direction well, and work independently
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize a heavy workload

Responsibilities

  • Take care of Incoming & Outgoing Mail.
  • Schedule FedEx Pick up
  • Forward incoming faxes
  • Write in all incoming & outgoing overnight and Lawyer service
  • Restock all kitchens with coffee, cups plates etc.
  • Fill printers and copy machines with paper each morning and stock printer stations with extra paper
  • Also, help out with Print, copy & Scan jobs that come in
  • Additional clerical/administrative tasks as needed

The annualized salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
