The Role
This is a temporary position with intended timeline of 3 months but can be extended if necessary. The role will partner with the Legal team and be based in office 5 days a week at Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The Company has a proprietary contract management system which it uses to manage contracts through the review and approval process, and then archive the signed contracts so that internal business users can access them as needed going forward. We need help to ensure that all signed contracts are entered in the system and properly archived. Training to understand and use the system will be provided. Scope of the project also includes collecting the signed contracts to be archived by finding the appropriate person who can provide it - tracking down the originator of the contract, or their successor or teammates. You will learn about contracts as they relate to a global consumer and B2B electronics and lifestyle enterprise, you will enhance your computer/database skills, and you will work with great people.
