This Dedicated Team truck driver position features up to $0.54 per mile* with a weekly performance pay up to $0.04 per mile, predictable work schedule and home time every week. Dedicated truckers will haul double trailers with 100% no-touch freight for a transporter of industrial, commercial, and retail goods, and average 5,700 miles per week. Dedicated Team Truck Driver Pay

• Up to $85,000 per year*
• $10,000 sign-on bonus per experienced driver
• Performance pay up to $0.04 per mile more, paid out weekly
• Up to $0.02 per mile annual pay increase per driver
• Accessorial pay for detention and layover
• Mileage, stop-off and unloading pay

Dedicated Team Truck Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Live within 100 miles of Copley, OH
• Automated transmission CDL restriction allowed
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
• Schneider's self-paced online certification training program will help secure your required Hazmat endorsement
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire
• Must be a formed team
