Axioma is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst with strong analytical skills to assist with financial planning and analysis, budgeting forecasting, and strategic projects. We need an organized, smart and energetic person to become a dynamic member of our team. • Play a key role in the annual financial planning process, including preparation of the yearly operating plan and the monthly estimates/projections
• Play a key role in creating key performance indicators and development of financial and operational dashboards for use by senior management
• Prepare financial models in Excel that require analysis of financial statements for use in analyses and presentations
• Assist with preparation of presentation materials and monthly reports for management and the Board of Directors
• Provide financial support for M&A activity and commercial deal-making on an ad hoc basis
  

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Corporate Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; someone who can look at a problem and intuitively develop solutions and execute
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and project management skills
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly and concisely interact with personnel at all management levels
• High degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality work
• Team Player who is willing to jump in where needed
• Efficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Excel (advanced skills preferred), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficiency with Netsuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
