Business Solutions Architect (127511)
Qualifications
Intrado's Client Engagement group is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to join the team. As the Business Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Provide comprehensive customer contact solutions by translating client business requirements into a solution, based on available Intrado's technologies
Partner closely with internal sales and product management teams with highly complex customer contact communications solutions
Oversee and participate in meetings with client stakeholders to define requirements and parameters for solutions
Develop appropriate solutions while driving the entire technical design for the project working closely with dedicated resources for each area
Identify technology changes or opportunities that can improve efficiency and performance of company products and its impact on subsequent processes that will result in lower costs and reduce development and implementation timeframes
Provide leadership and direction on key projects, establishing standards and strategy for each project and assigning tasks and responsibilities
Continually keep up-to-date on technical capabilities and products with assigned business segments
Review and approve all technical solutions presented to clients and oversee technical aspects of request for proposals
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, finance or MIS required
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirement
Experience
Minimum 5 years of providing consultative advice to top-level clients in the areas of communication services, contact center solutions or information services required
Technical
Minimum 5 years experience with designing, integrating and administering complex contact center solutions using multiple technologies (e.g., IVR, VoIP, Intelligent Routing, CTI, ACD, outbound notification, etc.) required
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint required
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
