The Maintenance Renewal Specialist will have the responsibility for strengthening relationships and increasing revenue within ConvergeOne’s existing customer base.

 

Tracks renewals and attach rate to ensure that the company maximizes rebates
• Quotes proactively renewals 60-90 days in advance “cradle to grave” including takeover deals, maintains CRM opportunity for the quotes, and continually follow ups with NAM and/or client through to completion/receipt of PO to close order
• Maintains partner relationships at all levels within Manufacturer including regular PDSM calls to review operational issues and escalations and ad hoc calls with AM (CSMs) to handle account-related issues or opportunities
• Tracks and reports valid opportunities in CRM by monitoring and updating weekly and reviewing with National Account Managers (NAMs)
• Monitors PMC Renewal Rates weekly, reviews pending renewals to ensure timely proposal submissions, opens and manages PMC cases for takeover exemptions and provides forecast for revenue and workload
• Ensures sales teams are aware of any manufacturer Services promotions and/or changes in coverage pricing
  • Provides summary field AEs, ARs, and MRAs
  • Maintains Cisco tool SAMT/PMC/PAL Administrator
  • Aligns relationships at the NAM level and facilitates between manufacturer and C1 to drive growth
  • Provides LOAs for new clients or existing to capture new Cisco opportunities
  • Advises NAMs and clients on service EOS/EOL to drive new revenue opportunities for their existing base of business
  • Provides CCO contract access for clients proactively and upon request
  • Sends out new contract notification email with Welcome Kit and instructions upon NAM request or as work with client
• Attends customer calls as needed to review the various maintenance offerings and advantages of each

 

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with NAMs and customers to ensure that contracts are accurate and that contracts are consolidated and co-termed where appropriate

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience
• One year sales/business experience required
• Knowledge of Key, PBX, IP Telephony, messaging and products are helpful
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CSCC and/or CCW

Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
