The Central Clearing Counterparty Settlement andInternational Cash Letter Service product manager leads and defines thedevelopment and implementation of our CCP settlement and International CashLetter products and growth strategy by working with partners across the firm,within our client organizations and across the industry. In this capacity the ProductManager will report to the Head of Global Clearing and Asset Account ServicesProducts and be responsible for the following delivery areas:
Design of product strategy for in collaborationwith other product line owners within the Clearing portfolio and all adjacentproduct verticals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive Treasury Services valueproposition.
Definition and execution of the product roadmapincluding front-to-back view of the implementation and operating requirementsin Treasury Services and Cash Operations in collaboration with stakeholdersacross other Treasury Services product areas, operations and technology as wellas risk partners.
Regular and meticulous review and refinement ofproduct risk profile and control processes in close collaboration with 2nd Lineof Defense Partners, Cash Operations and other Treasury Services stakeholdersincluding execution of formal product risk reviews.
Development, implementation and execution of a financialcontribution strategy in collaboration with other product verticals and clientmanagement organization
Definition, implementation and execution ofTreasury Services staff training strategy in collaboration with Product Lineowners and other functional areas in Treasury Services
In order to deliver on those objectives the ProductManager will leverage his/her extensive Cash Management experience in ProductManagement or Business Management functions and resulting in depth business, technical and risk management knowledge of cross-border payments, financial marketinfrastructure. The Product Manager will also draw from previous experience inmanaging product or business processes with a higher risk profile andconstructively cooperating with 2nd and 3rd line ofdefense functions. He/She will have demonstratedtransformational and analytical skills and the ability to engage with broad anddiverse range of stakeholders in a high intensity environment.
