TheOperational Risk Aggregation & Reporting team is responsible for developingand generating operational risk reporting to executive management, the Board,regulators and the broader BNY Mellon organization that is accountable formanaging operational risks. This role will assist with developing strategicreporting, and driving execution and implementation of enhanced reporting.
KeyResponsibilities:
Designand produce operational risk reporting at line of business and enterpriselevels according to senior risk management requirements and expectations.Determine appropriate inputs, presentation design, delivery media and processto produce timely and accurate data and accompanying analysis
Analyzedata in order to prepare reports related to key operational risk indicators(e.g., trend analysis, supporting commentary, etc.)
Support the Secretaryof the Strategic Risk Committee with scheduling, agenda and presentationcoordination, meeting administration, recording and verification of the minutesand tracking approvals to closure
Assist with theresponse to regulatory inquiries, create dashboards and participate on specialprojects as needed
Create and maintainassociated procedures
Provide leadership,coordination, and/or support for CORM and Risk and Compliance transformationactivities, as required
Key Skills andKnowledge:
Comprehensiveunderstanding of operational risk and have a strong understanding of risks andcontrols
Strong proficiency withMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Pro-active, have high quality standards for accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to multi-task,prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Superioranalytical skills and ability to assess across large data sets to synthesize,validate, and analyze data and metrics
Strongorganizational skills and a keen aptitude for detail
Excellentwritten and verbal communications skills
Excellent interpersonalskills to work closely with various business / functions and buildrelationships at all levels
Provenproject management experience with excellent analytical/problem solving skills
10 Years of Risk or Audit experience
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 12-15 years of total work experience preferred.
