What will I be doing?

In this role, you will manage and/or assist with managing relationships with technology platforms (DSP, DMP and on-boarders). Armed with your technical and communication skills, knowledge of the Addressable media ecosystem and IRI's products and solutions (which you will learn), you will be focused on enabling IRI's CPG Media Team Leads to drive solutions and revenue by facilitating the onboarding of IRI Audience data, supporting in-flight optimization through data linkages and providing overall support to create a friction free environment for internal IRI teams, the end CPG client and the DSP.

This role is centered on driving cross-functional collaboration with the purpose of integrating different technology partners, products and processes. Further and most importantly, you will be at the center of orchestrating technology, data and sales - playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations for our Group.

Job Responsibilities?

  • As part of this role, you will be tasked with leveraging your technical skills, communication skills and knowledge of the Addressable media ecosystem to enable IRI's CPG Media Team Leads to drive revenue through facilitating the onboarding of IRI Audience data and supporting in-flight optimization campaigns through data linkages across key DSPs, DMPs and on-boarders.
  • Through a deep understanding of IRI's products and solutions, knowledge of partner technology platforms, and your relationship with said technology platforms - you will provide support to IRI's CPG Media Client Leads to drive IRI solutions, engendering a friction free environment for internal IRI teams, the end CPG client and the technology platform.
  • In working with the IRI Media teams and technology platforms, you will identify information and process gaps, and subsequently develop (and broadly share) collateral and/or processes that bridge these gaps thus facilitating high performance across the team.
  • You will also be accountable for analyzing usage of IRI Audience data as reported by individual partners by leveraging Excel, Excel pivot tables and developing PowerPoint presentations. This strategic responsibility offers IRI Management visibility into the health of IRI's Audience business and purposeful decision making.
  • Collaborating across a variety of functional teams within IRI's Media Center of Excellence will be a core component of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience working with an Agency and or DSP/DMP - specifically in an Ad-Ops or "enablement" role. Must have comprehensive knowledge of the workings and inter-relationship of the digital ecosystem.
    • Hands-on experience in platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or other media trading platforms (either from a trading perspective or analytics/management standpoint)
    • Extensive experience interacting with and driving results from digital media platform contacts (such as LiveRamp)
  • Expert knowledge in leveraging data sets to assess performance and grow product offerings
  • Proven experience navigating complex organizational environments, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to pay attention to the detail and simplify complex technical processes for colleagues is critical
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to make executive level presentations.
  • Strong Excel skills including use of pivot tables to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivation, a hunger to learn and keeping ones cool in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.
