Who youare

Colliers Occupier Services is looking for several Strategic Advisors for consultancy/contract-based roles in many areas of the business. You will work to support the team on exciting projects for diverse clients and teams globally.You will be collaborative, creative, innovative and relationship orientated. Potential for permanent roles in some cases. You will have a wealth of experience in one or more of the areas listed below.

  • Account Management

  • Client Experience

  • Transaction Management

  • Lease Administration

  • Financial Analysis & Lease Accounting

  • Portfolio Strategy

  • Project Management

  • Workplace Advisory

  • Technology Solutions

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, RealEstateor another relevant field.

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate in one of the above listed areas.

  • High standards, high quality work is of utmost importance.

  • Structured,organized,and efficient work expected of self and others.

  • Prone to big picture thinking, strategic decisions which are well thought out and analyzed.

  • Ability and track record to understand clients needs, and deliver solutions that delight.

  • The desire to work with Colliers in a consultancy/ contract capacity.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Previousindustryexperience is an advantage.

  • Experience in Occupier Services would be a large asset.
