Who you are

An exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain leader, you will lead the Supply Chain Solutions service line for Occupier Services Americas on all industrial / logistics needs. You will actively partner with Colliers brokers and Occupier Services professionals, leading the client relationships and providing subject matter expertise and valuable consulting services. You will have active involvement and in some cases leadership, of business development situations. You are a motivated and engaged leader, passionate about providing coaching, guidance, and growth opportunities for your people. You proactively look for ways to elevate the practice and its profile across a diverse portfolio of clients.

What you bring

• MBA or M.S. in Real Estate or Business
• 10+ years of experience in real estate and/or management consulting
• Experience managing high performing teams
• Experience in site selection methodology, and process analysis including Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
• Exceptional oral, written and graphic presentation skills
• Strong skills in the following areas: business management, human relations, financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing
• Expert in Microsoft office products and business intelligence platforms
• The ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions
• Demonstrated ability for creative thinking

Bonus skills and experience

• 40-50% travel required

• You will successfully work with large Fortune 500 companies to provide strategic real estate solutions aligned with business objectives.
