Flying Food Group, LLC is a food manufacturing company currently looking for a qualified food production manager to join our management team.

• Overall supervision of the entire Cold Food Production department which includes 4 supervisors, and 110 production employees.
• Actively participate as a member of the Operations leadership team.
• Manager the business to optimize financial results.
• Relate well with 18 airline customers.
• Maintain excellent relations with associates in the department plus associates and peers in other departments.
• Determine manpower requirements and prepare 30, 60, and 90-day business plans to fulfill business needs.
• Support full implementation of HACCP.
• Organized and analytical.
• Create and communicate a vision for the department.
• Implement best practices including the PIP Process.
• Build a solid team foundation.
• Be a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
