Job Description

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Planning the go-to-market strategy for Umetrics Studio. Defining the product positioning, value proposition, pricing, key benefits, USPs and target customers in as a member of our PM team.

  • Managing and building outcome focused roadmaps

  • Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements in pharmaceutical process development, defining the product vision, working closely with the development team to deliver category winning and customer needs-based enhancements in functionality

  • Providing ongoing tracking and analysis of key product competitors, market evaluation, and owning the voice of the customer

  • Successful delivery of revenue, market share, and profitability

  • Participate in program increment planning to make sure that the development team have the required understanding of prioritized features and deliverables

  • Work closely with Product Owners to align the direction of the software development with market needs

  • Define, track, and report KPIs for Umetrics Studio

What will convince us

  • A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Life Sciences, biotechnology, or equivalent

  • Strong experience in working within the Bio-pharma / Life Science industry, specifically in the areas of process development & lab informatics; experience of working within data analytics would be a bonus

  • Experience in software product management as well as in agile/SAFe methodologies and continuous development & delivery would be a bonus

  • Proven skills in international Project Management

  • Highly independent and efficient work style, versatility and flexibility

  • Proactive, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking

  • Good presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

  • Ability to work with teams based in multiple locations

  • Willingness to travel (up to approx. 20%)
