Sartorius is seeking a dynamic entrepreneurially spirited People and Organizational Development Specialist based at based at one of our field offices; Ann Arbor, MI, Marlborough, MA or Bohemia, Long Island, NY. In this position, you will drive the design, development and implementation of programs and initiatives to support organizational capabilities and strategic direction.
What you will accomplish together with us
Initiating, leading and driving people and organizational development initiatives in partnership with divisional and regional HR teams
Ensure Regional implementation of People and Organizational development programs and initiatives, i.e. performance, succession, leadership development, employee engagement initiatives and etc. in line with global standards
Co-create regional solutions regarding performance and capability development in line with regional and local business priorities in support of our ambitious growth and targets
Further develop the learning and capability development offering landscape (70, 20, 10 solutions) to support business growth and targets in the region
Work in partnership with the Regional HR community to drive programs and initiatives through all levels in the organization
What will convince us
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related area required. Master's degree preferred
3+ years experience in Talent Management
Experience working in center of expertise (CoE) service delivery model
Sense of urgency, effective prioritization and project management
Strong customer-focused with demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
Availability to travel when needed
