The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the firm's marketing plans to align with Agency growth targets, ensuring consistent use and application of the Revive brand across all materials and distribution channels. The Marketing Manager possesses well-honed skills in the full range of online and offline marketing, project management, and content creation and communications tactics. This professional is a self-starter with the ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that raise Agency awareness, attract new clients, and drive overall growth. They will be a capable leader with the ability to shepherd a variety of resources - internal and external - to meet goals and execute programs.

This professional will have a passion for innovation and excellence, with a goal of ensuring that the Agency's marketing efforts reflect best practices in content, digital & social media, marketing and corporate communications.

The Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager manages the execution of marketing/communication and lead generation/nurturing activities that raise brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive conversation to achieve overall Agency growth. The Marketing Manager has a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and seeks to contribute to the growth of the firm through working within the team that is responsible for the Agency's digital, social, content, and marketing efforts. Specific responsibilities include:

Includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Lead the creation of a complete thought leadership plan with clear objectives and ROI goals to drive awareness that results in Agency growth.
  • Develop and manage vendor and other partner relationships
  • Manage tradeshow presence for tradeshows that Revive attends and/or sponsors
  • Help to manage the corporate marketing budget and reporting, working through the Agency's PMO.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all materials and distribution channels.
  • Maintain and develop updated marketing collateral, e.g. case studies, Agency capabilities decks and other marketing and business development assets.
  • Provide strategy and editorial direction for the Agency's content calendar as a part of larger marketing plan, working closely with the Agency's Content department.
  • Identify and manage Agency industry award submissions and speaker abstract development and submissions.
  • Manage the weekly recurring projects the Brand team executes, including a weekly podcast and weekly newsletter email
  • Research and stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging technology and industry trends, incorporating into Agency marketing calendar.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Revive's services and solutions; establish Agency-wide new business acumen, including education on services and positioning.
The Essentials
  • 6 years plus experience required
  • Agency or professional service firm experience required
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing, communication, social media and public relations strategies and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns, including conferences and other in-person events
  • Comprehensive understanding of online content development/marketing (including social media/digital strategies), and email marketing
  • Experience with CRM (salesforce.com preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and ESP (email service providers) (Pardot preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task; strong project management skills; and able to manage multiple projects at a time
