Job Description

Customer Service Representative

We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone customerservice representatives! You'll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Join us at827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701.


Pay & Sign-on Bonus:

Start at $15.50/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $16.70/hour!

For a limited time, receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus (less applicable taxes)paid in three installments: $200 at 60 days, $300 at 120 days, and $500 at 180 days.You must be employed at the time of payout; additional terms and conditions may apply.

Shifts, Training & Work Environment:

Enjoy your weekends off and have additional flexibility with our 8-hour shift options from 6:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday!

Our 7-week training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers. Your first day will be onsite to pick up equipment (laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories) before continuing development through a mix of in-person (weeks 3, 4, 6 and 7) and virtual training (weeks 1, 2 and 5).

After graduation (completion of 7-week training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a hybrid work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).

By meeting defined performance expectations, you can earn the opportunity to work from home up to 5 days a week, typically after 6 months.

You Will:

  • Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUNDphone calls.
  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
  • Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and ordermanagement.
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.

You Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
